These are the standard release that you must have signed to be able to use ANY person, location, or material in your film. Please copy these and replace the [YOUR COMPANY] with your group's company name.
Minor Release: To be signed by all minors participating in your company's film and their guardians.
Standard Release: To be signed by everyone participating or filmed in your company's film.
Location Release: To be signed by the owners of any location your company films.
Material Release: To be signed by the owners of any objects, equipment, or props used in your film.
